Agency Passports

Coaches often note feedback from the sector regarding the need for evidence to further support program portfolios, and/or to inform annual reporting requirements for those involved in accreditation. While professional passports introduced years ago serve to provide a mechanism to track individual milestones and accomplishments there is little currently available to showcase collective efforts as an agency and commitment in meeting standards of excellence externally to community and stakeholders.
As a means of helping agencies highlight their achievements and profile their successes ARCQE is now pleased to introduce Agency Passports which will enable programs to display certificates which will be issued by ARCQE for all contracted services and resources procured as part of an agency’s continuous quality improvement strategies! This 5x7 Passport is a wonderful “at a glance” addition to any parent corner, a portable update that can be utilized to inform and share milestones at Board meetings, community/conference displays, or to promote your agency to potential staff at job fairs etc… at the end of each year, this information can then be transferred to your accreditation portfolio as a supplement to your annual reporting requirements!
