With March 31st, looming fast on the horizon, just a reminder to programs that contracted services with ARCQE can be “pre-paid” and scheduled now for delivery over the next few months if submitted prior to March 31st, 2010.  Given that funding must be utilized annually ARCQE encourages programs to plan ahead with respect to service needs so as not to lose unspent funding that would otherwise be returned by year end.  For more information contact Beth Arbuckle, Child Care Services Administrator at the ARCQE office, and/or individual Coaches so as not to be disappointed.  Remember… Only 18 business days remaining to use this year’s unspent funding!
