New Leadership Services

With many programs/agencies now accredited we have been receiving increased demand from administrators and supervisors for workshops and services that are more reflective of management level needs. Reinforcing this area of interest, “Leadership” was also identified as one of the top two priorities noted by participants who were in attendance to the ARCQE “Caring for our Future” symposium held in November 2008. As such, we are pleased to share that we have engaged the partnership of a Mentor Specialist who will be working with ARCQE to address needs relating to those working in this part of the sector.
Marilyn Conner comes to us with a degree in Human Service Administration, an MBA in Executive Management & Leadership and a diploma in international management consulting! With over 23 years of leadership and human service we are confident that members of the community will find the wealth of new services and professional development that Marilyn will offering of great interest! New this Spring Marilyn will be launching three new leadership opportunities which include:

- Organizational wellness (Strategic planning & visioning sessions)
- Leadership Coaching (Coaching is a transformational learning partnership between a coach and a coachee that, through discovery and empowerment, improves performance that is sustained over time. Leadership coaches adhere to the International Coach Federation code of ethics and standards.
