Featured Mentor Generalist - Monica Riley

Mentor Monica RileyThis month’s featured mentor is Monica Riley. Hello my name is Monica Riley and I’m a Mentor Generalist. I started with ARCQE in November of 2008, and have been so busy it’s crazy! I absolutely love presenting workshops and helping other professionals in our field grow. I started out in this field by accident as I simply was looking for a part time job to get me through university. But just like they say, there are no accidents in life. I quickly realized that this was the profession for me! I decided to leave university behind and attend Lethbridge College, where I received my level 3 in Early Childhood Education. I’m so happy to work in this field that I’ve never looked back!

ARCQE has been wonderful to me, as it’s taken my role as a childcare provider to the next level. I hope to continue with ARCQE and be trained in as many areas as possible. The feeling I get when I leave a workshop, and I know I’ve made an impact is just too amazing to pass up!

I look forward to working with you all in the future and wish you all the best of luck in all you do!!!
